SAUSAGE ROLLS
Farrah’s 12" Sundried Tomato Wraps
Pork or lamb mince
Onion, finely diced
Olive oil
Italian herbs or fresh herbs of your choice
Finely chopped parsley
Egg, beaten
Sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Gently fry the onion in olive oil until translucent.
Place mince in a bowl and add the fried onion, herbs and parsley. Mix together.
Place the filling down middle of each wrap in log shape. Roll the wrap around the meat mixture, ending with the seam at the bottom. Repeat with remaining wraps.
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cut each wrap into 6-8 sections.
Place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the sausage meat is cooked.
