ROASTED BEETROOT WRAPS

Farrah’s 10" Sundried Tomato Wraps
Roasted beetroot (allow to cool)
Feta
Mesclun leaves
Avocado (if desired)
Walnuts
Basil pesto
Cream cheese

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet and spread with a light layer of cream cheese. 

Down the centre of each wrap, layer with mesclun leaves, roasted beetroot and avocado. Sprinkle with walnuts and pieces of crumbled feta. Drizzle with basil pesto.

Roll up the wrap around the ingredients and slice through the centre. Place halves side by side and wrap together using lunch paper, tying with string to secure. 

Serve on a platter in your cabinet as a colourful seasonal special.

  • Try using other seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin with feta or roasted kumara.
  • Use different flavours/colours of wraps to bring variety and colour to your cabinet.
