PROSCIUTTO WRAPS

Farrah’s 10" Spinach Pesto Wraps
Prosciutto (sliced)
Rocket leaves
Mozzarella (or Swiss cheese)
Roasted capsicum (sliced)
Sundried tomatoes (chopped)
Olives (pitted and sliced)
Basil leaves

Dressing (combine): 
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Lemon juice

Dress rocket leaves using the balsamic dressing.

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet, layer down the centre of each wrap, prosciutto, dressed rocket leaves, sliced mozzarella, roasted capsicum, and a couple of sliced sundried tomatoes and olives. Top with a few basil leaves.

Roll up wraps around the fillings, and slice through the centre to reveal the colourful layers. 

Use a toothpick to secure each edge.

  • Present on a platter in a cabinet or slice into smaller portions as a tasty finger food option.
  • Use thinly sliced ham or salami as an alternative to prosciutto.
