FALAFEL & TABBOULEH WRAPS

Farrah’s 10" Spinach Pesto Wraps
Falafel (pan fried)
Hummus
Rocket leaves

Tabbouleh salad (combine):
Fine burghul wheat (soaked)
Flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
Mint (finely chopped)
Red capsicum (diced)
Spring onions/red onion (finely chopped)
Lemon juice

Dressing:
Plain yoghurt
Chilli sauce (if desired)

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet and spread the centre of each wrap with a generous spoonful of hummus. 

Layer down the centre of each wrap, tabbouleh salad, rocket leaves and falafel. Drizzle with yoghurt and chilli sauce (if desired).

Fold up the bottom of the wrap and roll the left and the right sides to form a cone shape. 

Place in a takeaway bag. wrap in foil, or present in a cup or glass (as shown).
