Caesar Salad Baskets

Farrah’s 10" Original Wraps
Eggs (boiled and quartered)
Cos lettuce
Chicken breasts (crumbed, and baked until cooked and crispy)
Parmesan cheese
Caesar salad dressing

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Lay the wraps on a chopping board and prick all over with a sharp knife (this helps the hot air escape the wrap when it’s cooking in the tin). Push the wraps into a Tortilla Wrap Bake Tins, making sure they’re centred.

Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until the baskets become slightly golden. 
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack - they will get crispy as they cool.

Fill the basket with cos lettuce, boiled egg, and the cooked chicken (sliced). Sprinkle with shaved parmesan and drizzle with Caesar dressing – enjoy!
