TUNA & BEAN SALAD WRAPS

Farrah’s 10" Sundried Tomato Wraps
Canned tuna (drained)
Cream cheese

Salad:
Cos lettuce
Cucumber (sliced)
Capsicum (thinly sliced)
Cannellini beans (drained)
Spring onion (sliced)
Red onion (thinly sliced)

Dressing (combine):
Capers (rinsed)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Cracked black pepper

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet and spread with cream cheese. 

Down the centre of each wrap layer cos lettuce, beans, cucumber, tuna, capsicum, and onion. Drizzle with the caper dressing.

Roll up the wrap around the fillings and slice through the centre. Wrap each half in baking paper, a printed paper wrap, or spear with a toothpick to secure.

These wraps make a colourful addition to your cabinet and are a tidy grab ‘n go lunch.
