Farrah’s 12" Mixed Grain Wraps
Sauerkraut
Pastrami (sliced)
Gherkins (halved)
Swiss cheese (sliced)
Watercress 
Rocket
Russian mayo dressing

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet. Down the centre of each wrap layer rocket and watercress, sauerkraut, slices of Swiss cheese and pastrami.

Drizzle with Russian mayo dressing. 

Fold up the bottom of the wrap, then the left and right sides. 

Spear gherkin halves with a toothpick and spike through the top of the wrap to hold together.

  • These Reuben Wraps look impressive in a cabinet and can be easily served in a takeaway container for a quick grab ‘n go lunch.
  • Fold the wraps into sealed parcels and toast in a sandwich press as a warm takeaway option.
