Cheesy Mozzarella Wedges

3 Farrah’s Wraps of choice
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Chutney of your choice or basil pesto
Greek yoghurt to serve
Chopped parsley

Place a wrap on a board. Spread with ½ of the basil pesto, and sprinkle with ½ of the grated cheese. Lay another wrap on top and spread with the remaining pesto and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Place the third wrap on top.

Toast the wraps together in either a sandwich press or fry pan or bake in the oven until wraps are golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

Allow to cool slightly before cutting into wedges and drizzling with aioli to serve. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • This works with any sauce or chutney of your choice! Try different flavours such as cream cheese and apricot, or beetroot hummus!
